NASCIMENTO CATARINO & ASSOCIADOS was formally established in 2005 by Sergio Catarino, Rogerio Freitas Sousa, Andreia Botelho.
Since our foundation we have always dedicated to Debt Collection, Insolvency and Litigation matters assisting national and foreign clients worldwide in an efficient and personal manner.
Our Mission is to build and bring solutions to our Clients according to the higher quality service standards.
Our goal is to establish with our clients a sound partnership, built over principles of reliability and transparency.
Our work goes beyond the management and resolution of existing disputes. It also provides advice aimed to avoid and minimise the impact of disputes.
Where necessary, we litigate on the interest of our Clients; but where appropriate, we avoid contentious proceedings.
